I would assume we are talking a wireless networi. Although, when I disconnect and reconnect, wiindows pop up for a second the home network but it seems it doesn’t identify it, or maybe it does and then goes back to what you see on the screenshot. I know Starter does not include Homegroup windows 7 starter network prefer setting up a workgroup with static IP’s in any case. Professional is the winner though.
